Pantofola d'Oro Personalised Italia Boots

Pantofola d'Oro Personalised Italia Boots

Always striving for a classy coolness in the boot market, our friends at Pantofola d'Oro have forwarded us these pictures of two pairs of Italia personalised Ascoli football boots. Custom built for an Italian captain, these boots are are sure to look great on pitch and are ideal for any proud Italian...

These distinctive and eye-catching Ascoli football boots have been pers'd up for the captain of the women's Italian national team Patrizia Panico. With over 160 caps to her name Patrizio is the most capped Italian footballer of all time, and is up there with the likes of Fabio Cannavaro and Paolo Maldini when it comes to representing the national side - although we don't recall Cannavaro or Maldini ever sporting footwear quite like Patrizia's!

The Italian flag Ascoli football boots are part of a wider Euro range, designed for both men and women and to represent the footballing federations of Spain, France and Germany. Stay tuned to SoccerBible as we'll be giving you an up-close look at the entire Pantofola d'Oro Euro range very soon.

Patrizia's Ascoli football boots also feature unique stitched personalisation, which is script-esque rather than being stitched lettering or printed on the boot. Again another level of cool for Pantofola d'Oro, and although we can't read what it says (sorry need to brush up on our Italian!), we're sure it's inspirational for the Italian captain.

This isn't the first time we've seen bespoke footwear from Pantofola d'Oro, as who could forget the special edition boots created for Lapo Elkann, grandson of the Fiat and Juventus owner and a partner in Pantofola d'Oro. Another example of when treated properly, the variations a quality leather upper can offer.

Pantofola d'Oro are taking leather engineering and boot construction to a new level, and who can blame them when it's what they've been doing for over 100 years! Let us know what you think of the new Pantofola d'Oro Italia Ascoli football boots? Share your opinions online.
