FIFA 13 & PES 13 Full Trailers - Which Side Are You?

FIFA 13 & PES 13 Full Trailers - Which Side Are You?

You've assessed your clubs new signings, predicted who's going to win the league and chosen your new football boots. There's just one big decision left to make ahead of the new season, it's that never ending argument you have with your mates...Pro Evolution Soccer or FIFA?

Let's face it, you're going to spend many late nights and early mornings on the PS3 or Xbox screaming at the computer, blaming everyone but yourself when you lose to that  he couldn t do that in real life  last minute goal. But which game will you be glued to? Time to take a look at what PES and FIFA have to offer this season...

EA Sports' FIFA 13 demo will be available to download on September 11th for PS3, Xbox and PC gamers. As per usual the latest release is packed with new features such as real-world form, injuries and suspensions - If Rooney gets sent off in real life, expect him to sit out 3 games on FIFA too!

A feature we're keen to experience is the improved dynamic commentary, ( Carlos Tevez, with his bulldog like approach  is firmly rammed into the back of our brains) but the FIFA 13 commentators will report on media gossip and players' form from real-world events.

EA Sports have once again focused on making the game as realistic as possible, they've tweaked the players first touch ability and added a sense of unpredictability to the game; expect more deflections and less glued to the foot control. For example, Iniesta will be able to pluck the ball out the air ready for a world class assist where as, let's say Titus Bramble... not so much.

Free-kick mechanics have been improved with extra options such as fake takers, cheeky lobs and playing the ball into space. Expect to see a whole host of new celebrations too, including the Balotelli 'Hulk' pose!

Konami's PES 13 will once again challenge FIFA  in gaming's biggest rivalry. The acquisition of Cristiano Ronaldo is an epic move for PES and as expected the Real Madrid star features heavily in the new trailer. Like FIFA, Pro Evolution Soccer has focused on player animation; PES's new FullControl system is designed to improve how players receive, pass and control the ball.

PES 2013 aims to return to the roots of football with unique levels of control plus major emphasis on the individual style of the world's best players, mimicking the way players run, move on and off the ball and their skills. 50 of the game's greatest players have been studied and are instantly noticeable in the way they play on screen. The game offers freedom to play any kind of ball, resembling real-life game play.

Every year we eagerly anticipate the arrival of the Pro Evo and FIFA trailers, not only to check out the game play but to see how the Summer's hottest new boots look on screen! Nike's Clash Collection, the adidas Predator LZ and the Puma evoSPEED do not disappoint, it's going to be tricky to decide which boots our virtual pro will slip in to!

PES 13 will be released worldwide on 05.10.2012 where as FIFA 13 can be pre-ordered now to be released in Europe on 28.09.2012 and North America on 25.09.2012.
