Thomas Müller's Personalised miadidas Predator LZ
Who knew a simple black and white boot could look so great. Well lets be honest, we all did. But they're somewhat of a rarity in the modern game. Bayern Munich midfielder Thomas MÜller has used his miadidas experience to design one hell of a good looking shoe. Take a look and see what he had to say.
The 23-year-old is obviously a boot traditionalist at heart, opting for a simple colourway of Black/White/Red. He's also slapped a Bayern Munich badge onto the outside, along with some unique 'YoungWings' personalisation, which he explains in the video.
Any player wanting to create their own design, the secret to a great looking boot is keeping it simple. Of course you do feel good when you have your shoes under your control. Yes I wanted to draw a bit on the classical models of the past. Very stylish, black and white, like an adidas shoe typically used to be for a long time.
The look is tailored to the individual and that is why I think it will be well received. 'YoungWings' is my foundation that I support and it should be possible to take it onto the pitch. Perhaps the link will work and I will score a few goals for 'YoungWings'.
MÜller joins six of adidas' biggest European names for a one-off weekend of miadidas football boots. The German international along with the likes of Karim Benzema, Lukas Podolski, Ashley Young and Oscar has put his design skills to the test on adidas' new miadidas online store. Keep an eye out for the boots on pitch this weekend.
MÜller will wear his custom miadidas Predator LZ football boots in Bayern Munich's Bundesliga match with Hamburger SV. We can't wait to see them in action and hopefully adidas wont force him back into an official in-line colourway too soon!
