Gerard Pique Talks Wet Weather Conditions & Nike ACC
When it comes to playing in wet weather conditions, Gerard Pique knows a thing or two. After all, he spent 4 years at Manchester United. Rain might not be as much of a factor in the Spanish climate, but with the Nou Camp's super-slick surface, having the right footwear in wet conditions is still just as vital!
Nike introduced their ACC technology to combat ball control in the wet. As Pique recalled: One game that we played at Malaga, there was a lot of water on the pitch. I remember I didn't have a boot with All Conditions Control and it was really difficult.
