Exclusive: Darren Bent Talks Football Boots

Darren Bent always has plenty to say when it comes to football boots and following his switch from Umbro to Nike, we thought it was time to catch up with the England striker to see how he's been getting on with his new footwear. We sat down with Darren at NikeTown London for a quick chat...

At his first launch as a Nike player, Darren is back wearing the swoosh. The guys Nike have gotten me settled in pretty well and made the transition quite smooth. I had four really good years with Umbro. I was happy with Umbro, they were fantastic and I owe them a lot. Obviously I'm a Nike athlete now and I'm happy to be on board.

Back where it began. After four years with Umbro, Bent has returned to Nike wearing the MV IX.
