Video Exclusive: Nike London Mercurial Speed Challenge
The PowerLeague pitches in central London recently played host to the Nike Mercurial Speed Challenge where 26 of the countries fastest young players went head to head in a series of exercises to test their Mercurial V9 boots to the limit.
Following a Player's Lounge event at NikeTown London with special appearances from Premier League trio Andrei Arshavin, Marko Marin and Darren Bent, the crew kitted up in their new boots ready to race against the clock.
SoccerBible was in the crowd to get a taste of the action first hand. Of the 26 player's competing, only the two fastest would progress to the European final in Paris next week. The two winners on the night were Conrad Davies and Shameek Farrell.
