Global Football Boots Spotting - 22/04/13

Kick-off your Monday with a fresh dose of SoccerBible boot spotting, bringing you the best pick of football boots from across the globe. Covering the Premier League, La Liga, Serie A Ligue 1, see whose footwear has us talking today!

Juan Jesus (Inter Milan) Nike iD Tiempo Legend IV

Inter Milan defender Juan Jesus stepped out wearing a new pair of Tiempo's for his sides TIM Cup semifinal match against Roma. The Brazilian has created a custom Nike iD design, giving his Tiempo boots some Internazionale styling. Bespoke with a blue swoosh and lacing, the boots feature a black outsole - a signature feature of Nike iD Tiempo Legend IV boots.

Danny Cleary (Liverpool) adidas Predator LZ

Liverpool Academy defender Daniel Cleary gave his adidas Predator LZ boots some unique customisation for his sides FA Youth Cup semi-final match against Chelsea. Bizarrely the young Irishman precisely targeted the 'dribble' and 'drive' zones of his boots with his black-marker. We're not sure what was going through his mind with this one.

Romain Hamouma (Saint-Etienne) adidas f50 adizero Custom

For the French League Cup final between St Etienne and Stade Rennes, adidas commissioned a special f50 adizero design to mark the occasion. Worn by a number of St Etienne players including midfielder Romain Hamouma, the gold green design which was matched to the St Etienne home colours, helped inspire the club to their first trophy in over 30 years.

Dani Alves (Barcelona) adidas f50 adizero

Dani Alves added some Samba style to his Blue/White/Pink adidas f50 adizero boots this past weekend, customising his boots with a pair of yellow laces. The Brazilian is still having a turbulent time with the latest adizero generation, noticeably switching back and forth between last season's f50 model. Alves Barca edged closer to another La Liga title, beating Levante 1-0 at the Camp Nou.

Jonathan Rossini (Sampdoria) Nike CTR360 Maestri III

Sampdoria defender Jonathan Rossini took the time to add some effective black-out treatment to his Nike CTR360 Maestri III boots ahead of his sides Serie A match with Bologna. Yellow boots might be one of the most popular colour choices for modern boots, but the bright design obviously isn't something that sits well with the Swiss footballer.

Chico Flores (Swansea City) Nike iD Mercurial Vapor IX

These aren't the type of boots you'd usually associate with a centre back. But Swansea's Spanish defender Chico Flores has created a custom pair of Nike iD Mercurial Vapor IX boots. He gave us our first look at the white green design during his sides Premier League match against Southampton. Prior to this Flores was wearing the Clash edition of the Vapor VIII.

Jermaine Beckford (Huddersfield) Nike Mercurial Vapor VIII

Jermaine Beckford notched a brace in Huddersfield's 3-0 win over Millwall on Saturday. The ex-Everton Leeds striker has slapped a slick blackout paint job on his Nike Mercurial Vapor VIII boots. Not too long ago Beckford was all about custom f50 colourways but these days he's going old school.

Edgar Davids (Barnet) Nike CR Mercurial Vapor VIII

When Edgar Davids made his Ajax debut Cristiano Ronaldo was 6 years old, fast forward 22 years and Dutch legend Davids is lacing up in CR's signature Mercurial Vapor. Throughout his career Davids has played through every Vapor generation and now at the grand age of 40 it's quality to see the man with the goggles still passionate for the game, plying his trade with League Two strugglers Barnet.

Glenn Murray (Crystal Palace) adidas Predator LZ

With 29 goals to his name this season Glenn Murray is well on course to pick up the Championship Golden Boot. But it's all about blacked out boots on the pitch for the Crystal Palace striker, Murray has given his Predator LZ's some finishing touches with the permanent marker for the end of season run in as Palace look to confirm a play-off place.
