Dani Alves Gets adidas Nitrocharge Prototype Boots Delivered

Few players ready to step into the adidas Nitrocharge are more high profile than Dani Alves. The Brazilian international has been getting to grips with his new boots for a number of months now. Luckily for us, we were kicking heels with the Barca man the moment his prototype models were delivered!

You know as well as us, it's not every day we get this close to a player's prototype boots! But on this rare occasion we happened to be hanging out with Dani Alves on set for the commercial of the adidas Nitrocharge in Barcelona. Not bad, ey? So with our cameras at the ready, we snapped Alves' first moments with the adidas Nitrocharge.

New football boots undergo significant levels of player testing prior to launch. Prototype models of the adidas Nitrocharge have been a common sight across European training pitches in the last 12 months as adidas collect professional feedback from their stable of new Nitrocharge recruits.

These boots have everyone talking and it's no wonder. The Nitrocharge will become adidas' fourth silo, joining the Predator, adizero f50 and adiPure models. The Nitrocharge will boast new concepts and innovations, the likes of which we've never seen on a football boot before - you'll have to wait a little longer for a full spec run-down!

We know what you're thinking - "If only adidas would release a black-out edition!" Well knowing adidas and their history of black-out boots, they probably will. But first comes the bravado of a global launch campaign, and you can bet it's going to be an explosive one! We'll be bringing you exclusive behind-the-scenes access from Barcelona where we met Alves, Martinez and De Rossi to discuss the new adidas Nitrocharge.

Stay tuned to SoccerBible as we count down to the global launch of the adidas Nitrocharge 1.0. Are you tipping the adidas Nitrocharge to be a success? Join the conversation online, on Twitter and on Facebook.
