adidas & Messi Set To Launch Latest Signature Shoe
Following Messi's 26th birthday celebrations, adidas have taken to Twitter to announce the upcoming launch of Leo's next signature f50 adizero. The pictures give us an early taste of what to expect ahead of the official image reveal tomorrow and their 01/08/2013 on sale date.
The tease images with the tag-lines "light up the pitch" and "the new speed of light", appeared on @teammessi's Twitter feed today. From tomorrow, we'll be able to give you a full look at Leo's new shoes that will succeed the popular red white design launched back in February. Yes, February. Time really does fly.
The new design will be the latest in a long line of exclusive releases for the f50 superstar - not all of which have been made available to the public. Messi's back catalogue of bespoke adidas boots date way back, but only recently have adidas stepped up Messi's involvement in his signature series.
The previous adiads f50 adizero Messi, launched earlier this year in line with Leo's fourth consecutive Ballon d'Or, was a huge success, backed heavily by a wider campaign which involved Messi launching the boots at a special exhibition in Barcelona. 
From the imagery revealed today we can see that adidas have added some summer flavour to Messi's footwear with a bright combination of blue, pink white.
