Nike Hypervenom “Deadly Breed” | Video

The HyperVenom arrived in Rio last night as Brazil's Neymar and England's Rooney both gave debuts to the new silo. The boot was designed to create a new breed of fast, agile and deceptive attackers and it's the deceptive element of the boot that Nike have focused on in their new video...

Nike play on the 'deadly breed' tag-line and the fact that there's more to the boot than meets the eye. Using some pretty impressive graphics Nike bring the boot to life in the shape of a scorpion complete with venomous fangs, snakes as laces and crawling Nike skin. All sounds a bit strange but visually it's a work of art.

The HyperVenom launch has gone from strength to strength from the beaches of Rio to the Julio Cesar's top corner and Nike's latest chapter emphasises that the boot is designed for attackers. Nike have tooled up a select group of strikers including, Lewandowski, Welbeck, Klose, Ibrahimovic, Alexis Sanchez, Higuain and Gomez in a boot that is expected to dominate next season.
