The new season kicks off in just over a month so here at SB we're making sure your fully prepared in all situations with this weeks SoccerBible Want List; Soccer apps. We've trauled the App Store and asked around the office for the go to apps that we use time and time again.

Whether you need to pass the time on a long journey to an away game, want to check the latest Bundesliga scores, need track your pre-season fitness or check if the food is up to scratch at the pub you were planning to watch the big game at then we've got you covered.



Live Score addicts - By far the slickest of the all the live score apps available, Live score addicts covers over 400 leagues! Live tables, starting line-ups, match stats and key head to head info can all be found. Another handy feature is the push notifications which tell you when your chosen match starts, you'll never have to miss a piece of the action again.



Live Football on TV - It's been a long time since football matches all kicked off at 3pm on a Saturday. These days, there's often a top class match being played every night of the week - and that means a TV channel somewhere is probably showing it. Whether it's Premier League action, a European match or even a reserve game, this app will ensure you'll never miss a game.



Nike+ Running - Nike+ running is a free app but you'll need a Nike+ sensor to put in your trainers providing they're Nike+ enabled (most new ones are). Once your hooked up you can accurately keep tabs on your distance, pace and time. As well as that you can share with friends to see how you stack up and get in-ear cheers from them through facebook when you announce your off for a pre-season jog.



New Star Soccer - with New star soccer you can live the life of a football superstar. Like a Sims, Football Manager and Angry Birds mash up, the app uses drag-to-kick game play and retro styled graphics to produce a truly addictive game. As well as building yourself up to be your teams star striker you can buy yourself a nice pad, some sweet wheels or even gamble your winnings.

 



FourFourTwo Stat Zone - Want to know who the best passer on your team is? Who has better shot accuracy Rooney or Van Persie? Or want to know how the game changed after Joey Barton got yet another red card? If your love your stats then check out the FourFourTwo Stat Zone app and analyse everything from pass completion to player influence and then share your superior knowledge via twitter and facebook.

 



Bantr - Do your mates give you grief for filling up their twitter and facebook feeds with running commentary of the big game? Well ditch the social media giants for ninety minutes and head on over to Bantr, an app that lets you choose your game and then check the feed to see who is talking about it.



Score! World Goals - Prepare to be addicted to this simple yet extremely enjoyable app. Score! World Goals, whch started off life as Score! Classic goals, recreates over 400 classic goals from all over the world in a football based puzzle game. The game shows you the goal first and then lets you recreate the goal itself, get ready to watch the time fly!



Match Pint - if you need to find the perfect place to watch the big game but happen to be in an unfimiliar place then check into Match Pint. This useful app lets you know which pubs in your area will be showing what game, how many screens are available, whether the sound will be turned up and even if the food is any good. You need never go hungry, thirsty and football-less again.
