The Arsenal full back puts pen to paper to wear the Morelia Neo.
Mizuno have announced that they've snapped up Arsenal's Carl Jenkinson to wear the brand for the 2013/14 season. Jenkinson had been training in the Morelia Neo and was obviously impressed with the boot as he made things official yesterday by putting pen to paper with the Japanese brand before signing a pair of his new boots for us...
Mizuno are renowned for producing the highest quality football boots and Jenkinson will reap the lightweight and leather benefits of the brand's speed silo, the Morelia Neo, as he looks to help Arsenal end their wait for silverware this season. Straight after wrapping up his deal Carl signed a pair for our SB wall of fame. Top man. 
Jenkinson, who previously wore the adidas f50, signed his deal hours before making his debut as an official Mizuno player. Wearing the latest Neo colourway Jenkinson came off the bench with the scores locked at 0-0 to help Arsenal beat Fenerbahce 3-0 in their Champions League qualifier first leg last night.

The Gunners full back joins a Mizuno team that already features Hulk, Keisuke Honda, Valencia's Jonas and fellow Premier League defender Maya Yoshida of Southampton as the brand looks to get more of a foothold in England. We've being saying for a long time that the Neo is one of the most underrated boots in the game and it's good to see a pair getting some on pitch time on England's top stage.
