Monaco midfielder Joao Moutinho showed off adidas' newest colourway for the Nitrocharge 1.0 whilst playing for Portugal against Northern Ireland on Friday. Moutinho, who moved from Porto to Monaco for £21.5m is the archetypal Nitrocharge player and the boots new colour drop is a perfect match for Portugal's red strip.

Zlatan Ibrahimovic (Sweden) Nike HyperVenom Phantom

After a week of dominating the headlines due to the launch of his controversial tell-all autobiography, Zlatan Ibrahimovic was in action for Sweden rocking the Lime Nike HyperVenom. Since switching from the Mercurial this summer Ibra had been wearing the launch Citrus/Black colourway but as we revealed a couple of weeks ago, he's gone green for the foreseeable future.

The most expensive player in the world, Gareth Bale, gave us our first peek at the new Electricity/Hero Ink/Silver F50 adizero whilst being unveiled last week in Madrid. This week he's been called up for international duties and has kept them as his current colourway of choice, pairing the boots with a cheeky pair of trusox.

Riccardo Montolivo (Italy) adidas Predator LZ

AC Milan man Riccardo Montolivo trained with Italy yesterday wearing the new Blue/White/Orange Predator LZ. Although he didn't feature in Friday's 1-0 win over Bulgaria the 28 year old midfielder showed us that adidas' newest update for the Pred LZ isn't just a great match for Real away.

Shane Ferguson (Northern Ireland) adidas F50 adizero

Newcastle United's Shane Ferguson, on loan to Birmingham City, put in an impressive performance in Northern Ireland's World Cup Qualifier against Portugal. Wearing his F50 adizero's in the classic Black/White/Infrared caused havoc for the Portugese defence setting up both of Northern Ireland's goals.

Artur Ionita (Moldova) PUMA v1.06

International matches always bring us some retro spots. The latest one comes from the Moldovan national team, as midfielder Artur Ioni?a stepped out at Wembley wearing the PUMA v1.06. There are a handful of players still wearing the v1.06 football boots, and the styling and colourway still looks good in today's market.

Italian power-house Daniele De Rossi wasted little time in updating his adidas Nitrocharge boots. The Roma midfielder stepped out wearing the Red/White/Electricity release for Italy's World Cup qualifying match against Bulgaria. As he showed with is previous Blue/White /Electricity Nitrocharge boots, the midfielder favours the electricity coloured laces.

Peterborough United midfielder Grant McCann was in League 1 action wearing his White/Black/Vivid Blue Umbro GT II Pro football boots as his side took on Crewe Alexander. Good colour matching here by McCann. We're sure his girlfriend approves.

Gozie Ugwu (Reading) adidas F50 adizero

Reading hosted the worlds 95th ranked national team this past weekend as Oman played in a friendly match against the Championship side. Reading slumped to a rather embarrassing 2-0 defeat with striker Gozie Ugwu wearing one of the stand-out boots in the game. The Englishman was in action wearing his White/White/Blue adidas F50 adizero boots.

Belgium midfielder Axel Witsel really looked the part while on international duty, donning his red F50 adizero boots with the perfectly matched Belgium home strip. The Zenit Saint Petersburg and former Benfica man is leaving it a little later than others before updating colourways. Belgium were in action against Scotland in their World Cup Qualifying Group A match.
