PUMA have released a new Q A with Cardiff City's Steven Caulker. The video looks set to be the last in a series of Q A's that have been released alongside PUMA's 'Nature of Perfromance' training tutorials. In the hot seat the centre half talks us through his favourite career moments and why he loves his PUMA Kings.
The 'Nature of Performance' series was released in July and featured top tips from Mikel Arteta, Michael Carrick, Adam lallana and Steven Caulker. Since then each has given a Q A with the Cardiff City and England U21 defender's video the last to be released.
In his training video Caulker explains the 'nature of defending the danger zone'. Caulker talks about communication with your fellow centre back, forcing the striker out wide and away from goal and how to perfectly time the block. Caulker's technical approach is to determine one simple outcome Our aim is to protect the goal at all costs.
