Bringing good noise to FIFA 18, EA Sports have released yet another booming soundtrack ahead of the game's launch later this month.

Perhaps the most influential music playlist on the planet, the annual release of the EA Sports FIFA soundtrack is one that will travel across the globe as we pick up our respective controllers from September 29th. Without question it's an eclectic offering of music from a multitude of contemporary genres. For the FIFA 18, EA Sports have looked to assemble an excess of 40 songs from artists that represent over a dozen, and while there are many fresh artists to explore, there has also been a cinematic score penned to accompany ‘The Journey: Hunter Returns’.

The FIFA soundtrack always offers a chance to discover new music and by curating a sizeable list that is made up of the best in the scene right now, you can expect new tracks from the internationally acclaimed in the shape of Lorde, alt-J, The War On Drugs, The National, The xx among others. Also dropping fresh beats are Belgian rapper Baloji while unreleased tunes also land in from UK art rockers Django Django and those kings of a good sound, Run The Jewels.

Embracing the next wave of Grime superstars that are owning a soundtrack to the game on and off the pitch, there's tracks from Avelino featuring Skepta and Stormzy, and a never-before-heard anthem from Sneakbo featuring Giggs. Offering a wide spectrum of talent, there's also room for an array of independent artists like Seattle-based electronic duo ODESZA, UK rockers Slowdive, and breakout Australian singer/songwriter Tash Sultana.

Hitting the soundtrack for the first time and representing L.A. is Sir Sly while doing bits in UK, singer/songwriter Tom Grennan in in the mix as he leads the way to the heart of the scene.

An element of the game that offers plenty of party is FUT. Carrying on from where FIFA 17 left off, EA Sports have built on last year’s kits that were designed by soundtrack artists including Zedd, Major Lazer, and Kasabian. Having been among the game’s hottest gear, it's no surprise that we see this feature return bigger than ever. This year, FIFA 18 pre-orders will receive access to all-new Special Edition FUT kits from Capital Cities, Glass Animals, Catfish and the Bottlemen, Bloc Party, Grouplove, Saint Motel, Zhu, and Lemaitre.

EA Sports FIFA 18 is released globally on the 29th September. Chalk up the most significant gaming fixture on your calendar - you can expect the most on point instalment of FIFA to date.
