Hummel have added some heavyweight power to their 2018/19 squad by announcing an initial 3 year partnership with Scottish Premier League giants Rangers.
The famous chevrons will sit on the blue half of Glasgow when Rangers return for pre-season after the club announced that the Danish brand had fought off competition from over ten other interested parties who were all keen to replace PUMA as the club's supplier.
Rangers Managing Director, Stewart Robertson commented: “We are delighted to announce that our new kit supplier from next season will be Hummel and we are sure the fans will love the design of the new shirts featuring the famous Hummel chevrons for the first time. We would also like to place on record our thanks to Puma for their support over the last few years.”
Allan Vad Nielsen, CEO of Hummel International said, “At Hummel we pride ourselves in doing things a little differently by adding that extra twist and a bit of character to all that we do. Over the next 3 years we will endeavor to provide the players, staff and most importantly the supporters of this great club with an exceptional range of products both on and off the field and we look forward to joining you on your journey back to the top of the league.”
