Barcelona Players Debut Thom Browne Suits

Barcelona mark their first away game of the 2018/19 Champions League campaign by travelling to London wearing their new Thom Browne suits after the New York Designer became the Official Tailor of the club in the summer.

The squad filled the El-Prat Airport departure lounge in style as they prepare for a heavyweight business meeting at Wembley on Wednesday night against Tottenham Hotspur. Barca signed a two season deal with Thom Browne back in July, and the formal grey three-piece kicks off the partnership which will see the squad don the look for their Champions League away days.

It's another step into the sports scene for Thom Browne having worked with NBA teams previously. It's smart, it really is. But you can tell poor Luis Suarez just wants to wear a pair of trackie bottoms and hoodie as he nods off in first class for a couple of hours. Guaranteed to be sulking through Heathrow with no tie, an untucked shirt, and a pair of trainers when he touches down. As for Coutinho, he looks like an excited school-kid turning up for his first day of work experience at his uncle's accountancy firm.
