EA Sports Release First Trailer For FIFA 21

With the news building the hype for the game over the last few weeks, EA Sports have released the first trailer for FIFA 21, revealing a series of new innovations in fan favourite modes for the latest instalment.

Following the news that Kylian Mbappe is the well-deserved cover star for this year's games, the new trailer shows off some of the most iconic stadiums and teams in the world, including the newly-crowned Premier League champions, Liverpool, although for those hoping for a sneaky reveal of the new Nike kit, you’ll be disappointed. With the official reveal having yet to happen, the trailer has not shown it off for obvious reasons.

The trailer focuses on some of the brightest young players currently making waves in the game at the moment, including Mbappe, Trent Alexander-Arnold, João Félix and Erling Haaland. From a game feature perspective, it shows off new innovations in fan favourite modes, from more ways to play with friends through new social elements, to having more control than ever to manage every career moment.

This year, we are bringing fans together through social experiences that elevate both the small-sided experience and the excitement felt on the professional pitch, offering the most authentic and interactive EA SPORTS FIFA experience to date,” said Aaron McHardy, Executive Producer, EA SPORTS FIFA. “Along with one of the biggest updates to career mode yet and enhanced gameplay realism that continues to bridge the gap between the real and virtual world of football, fans have more ways than ever to play the beautiful game of football we all love.

FIFA 21 is due out on 9 October.
