Twitter Reacts To Venezia FC's 21/22 Home Shirt

Venezia FC and Kappa unveiled the club’s new home shirt for the 21/22 season – and the first of their new partnership – and it’s fairly safe to say from the reaction on ’t Internet that it’s set to be a contender for shirt of the season.

The new Venezia FC home shirt was always high on our list of most anticipated shirt drops of the season, mainly due to the pedigree of what’s come before. But anticipation was elevated by the fact that we didn’t know exactly what to expect, given that this was the first shirt of a new era with Kappa in as technical partners, with the Italian brand having taken the reigns from Nike. But thankfully it’s been spanked out of the park, and both the club and brand owe a huge debt of gratitude to the creative genius at Fly Nowhere, who designed it.

If the Serie A title was down to looks, the newly promoted side would be a shoe in. That black base, the traditional club colours executed perfectly on the collar and cuffs, all topped off by those golden details: the Kappa Banda running down the shoulders and sleeves, the club crest, the stars, laid out in a ‘V’ formation, all topped off with the ‘Venezia’ script front and centre, as bold and brazen as you like. It’s a thing of beauty and the internet has been quick to show what it thinks…

And the best news? The away shirt drops tomorrow, so expect more of the same!
