adidas & Arsenal Launch 'Paint It Red' Service Ahead Of Women's FA Cup Final

Arsenal against Chelsea. Red against blue. The battle for London. It’s a huge fixture in football, and this weekend it’s given even more weight as it’s the fixture for this weekend’s FA Cup final. Ahead of game against their London rivals, Arsenal Women and adidas have teamed up to create Paint It Red Ltd. – a decorating company delivering ‘Arsenal Red’ paint to fans.

As the joint most decorated team in the history of the trophy – alongside their male counterparts on 14, Arsenal Women have the chance to become the outright most decorated team in the history of the FA Cup this weekend, with a victory this Sunday in what is the 50th anniversary of the competition. And so the battle to see if London will be red or blue starts here, and the Gunners and adidas are taking it very literally it would seem…

Paint It Red Ltd., led by Arsenal captain Kim Little, has been created by adidas to celebrate Arsenal Women's historic success and provide Arsenal fans with the tools to paint London red in the build up to the final. Fans can receive custom Arsenal paint in the famous Arsenal red colour and bespoke adidas and Arsenal designed paint brushes by engaging with the relevant posts that they will see across adidas and Arsenal social channels.

Kim Little said: "We're all incredibly appreciative of the support we've had from our fans in our cup run so far and hope to be able to go that one extra step for them. This Sunday we invite our fans to get behind us, pick up their brushes and paint London red sensibly in support. Come on you Gunners!”

The FA Cup final kicks off at 2pm GMT on Sunday 5 December.
