SoccerBible X Black Lines Produce 'Lioness Collins' Cocktail

Ready to celebrate England’s outstanding journey that has led all the way to Wembley, we’ve partnered with Black Lines to produce the ‘Lioness Collins’ – a limited run of 100 bottles made with East London Gin, classic British Elderflower, Lemon and Soda.

This summer has seen the nation uniting behind the Lionesses and their extraordinary efforts in the Euros, where they have at once entertained and also succeeded; that success coming both in terms of their performances on the pitch but also in elevating the status of the women’s game, breaking conventions, inspiring the next generation and helping individuals, and all as they’ve steamrolled their way to the final at Wembley, where they’ll face old foes, Germany. We’ve been cheering them on game after game, every step of the way, but we also wanted to do something to commemorate their achievements. Something to remember…

That’s why we’ve partnered with cocktail connoisseurs, Black Lines, to create the ‘Lioness Collins’: a riff on the classic ‘Tom Collins’, made with East London Gin, classic British Elderflower, Lemon and Soda. It’s being released as a limited run of 100 bottles, with every penny going directly to Football Beyond Borders, a UK charity using the power of football to change the lives of young people.

See, just like football, cocktails shouldn’t be defined by gender. So grab a bottle while you can, get it in the fridge (the colder, the better), fill up a high ball glass with ice, pour 150ml of liquid on to the iced glass, garnish with a lemon slice or peel, sit back, raise a glass and enjoy – preferably on the back of the Lionesses bringing it home, but either way, to the incredible journey they’ve taken us all on.
