The general theme for new football shirts this season seems to be the retro look, and you don't get any more retro looking than the new Everton home shirt 09/10 designed by Le Coq Sportif.
The new Everton football shirt has a unique style that echoes the shirt worn by the players during the 1985 season (as seen below), when Everton won both the First Division and the European Cup Winners' Cup.
The shirt is Everton s traditional home colour of Blue with the centre of the chest white. And features blue and white piping around the sleeves and collar. Inside the neck is a crest which commemorates 25 years since the clubs great success in Europe.
The new style is replicated in the goalkeepers shirt for the 09/10 season which is a traditional green colour. The entire 09/10 football strips are a bold style from Le Coq Sportif, who by making Everton's kits are claiming their second Premier League club after making Stoke City's football kits.
