Umbro continue their retro influenced style with the new Blackburn Rovers 09/10 home shirt. Taking influence from classic Rovers kits of the 1980s, the new Umbro football shirt is a more fitted top.
The new 09/10 Blackburn Rovers home kit is again manufactured by Umbro, and features the traditional blue and white halves, with the Crown Paints sponsors logo in the centre. Stand-out features include the white, blue and red collar which is continued onto the new football shirts sleeves. The players have already worn the new football strip in a pre-season friendly against Hibernian, but they will be looking forward to wearing it on the 15th August when they kick-off their Premier League season at home to Manchester City.
