Denmark World Cup 2010 Football Shirt by adidas
This is the unique new adidas football shirt for 2010 World Cup qualifiers Denmark. Playing in only their fourth ever World Cup, Denmark have already proven they are not a team to be underestimated!
Denmark surprised a lot of people by finishing top of their qualifying group ahead of Portugal and Sweden. And it has given the current squad of players a lot of confidence ahead of the World Cup finals, which is further backed by their brand new adidas football kit.
The traditional Danish red colourway has been retained by adidas for the 2010 World Cup shirt, whilst they have also added a new feature to the front of the shirts. The new addition is eleven rows of dashed lines across the front, designed to represent the eleven team members on the pitch! Also incorporated into the shirts is adidas ClimaCool technology, which keeps the body cool and dry as the shirt wicks moisture away from the body.
Over the years Denmark have produced some great players including Peter Schmeichel, Michael Laudrup, Brian Laudrup and Jon Dahl Tomasson, as well as a European Championship winning side. And the players that wear the new Denmark football shirt will be hoping to write their own chapter in Danish history.
