Wales Home 10/11 Umbro Football Shirt
Umbro have unveiled the new Wales Home Shirt 10/11, which revitalises a collaboration that was last seen on football pitches almost twenty years years ago. Quite fittingly, the design is a traditional one for the new 10/11 Wales Football Kit.
We're expecting the Welsh national team to wear the new Umbro Wales kit for the first time in their friendly match with Luxemburg. The team will then continue to be kitted out by Umbro as they start their campaign to qualify for the 2012 UEFA European Championship. In a group alongside neighbours England, Wales will be determined to do their fans proud and qualify for the finals in Poland and the Ukraine!
The new Wales Home football shirt 10/11 is in Wales traditional red, with the iconic Welsh crest embroidered on the chest. The Umbro logo, in a bright yellow, is drawn from the colours featured within the national badge of honour.
The Wales Home Jersey 10/11 has been tailored to meet the needs of players and fans alike. The shirt is crafted from light and breathable fabric, and is crafted into Umbro s unique ergonomic shape, based on the posture of a player whilst they re in action on the pitch. On the hem of the shirt, an embroidered badge features the iconic Welsh flag complete with red dragon.
This attention to detail continues throughout the rest of the kit, with the white shorts also ergonomically shaped to provide comfort. Completing the kit, the socks feature eye-catching red and white hoops, designed to help players pick out a pass to their team mates on the pitch.
The new Umbro Wales Home football shirt 10/11 will be worn as they aim for success in the 2012 UEFA European Championship and beyond. Expected to be available from early September, the new Wales home strip should cost around £45 GBP / €55 EUROS / $75 USD.
