LA Galaxy have unveiled their new blue secondary jersey as part the club’s #OutOfTheBlue jersey launch campaign ahead of the 2017 MLS season.
As part of the club’s #OutOfTheBlue campaign, LA Galaxy fans and players, including Jermaine Jones, Ashley Cole, Raul Mendiola and Gyasi Zardes, feature in lifestyle Polaroid prints captured around Los Angeles by photographer Hana Asano that really bring that LA vibe.
The new design carries a few unique touches like an LA Galaxy word mark along the back panel and the club's Quasar logo on the sleeve cuff. Like past Galaxy kits, the #OutOfTheBlue jersey carries the distinctive "This is LA" jock tag on the lower left corner.
The jersey is designed with an engineered Mélange fabric front panel and sleeves, as well as an adiZero back panel that allows players to stay cooler by absorbing temperature from their skin. The Galaxy crest is a light-weight and flexible design with a gold star signifying the club's MLS Cup victories.
LA Galaxy will kick off the 2017 MLS Season on Saturday, March 4 at StubHub Center when they host FC Dallas.
