Nike Launch Saudi Arabia 2018 World Cup Kits

Saudia Arabia join the World Cup kit party as Nike launch their replica collection ahead of the summer showdown in Russia. Home grown vibes in greens and whites, it's a look that'll be worn with an underdog tag, but immense pride.

Nearly all of the Saudi Arabia squad are selected from the domestic league, resulting in a real power of representation heading into the World Cup. That togetherness has encapsulated Saudi fans. Just this past September, a sold-out crowd of more than 60,000 cheered on the Green Falcons to securing qualification for the summer’s tournament in Jeddah.

When it comes to their colours for Russia, Saudi Arabia will wear Nike’s 2018 Saudi Arabian Football Federation collection. Inclusive of home and away kits, pre-match jerseys, anthem jackets and leisure wear, the collection honors past glory while putting the nation’s ever-present pride front and center.

The 2018 Saudi home kit pays homage to the federation’s 1994 team, which reached the final 16 in the United States. It features a clean white jerseys, shorts and socks complete with green trimmings. The away kit is basically flipped. Tasked with opening the tournament against hosts Russia on June 14, all eyes will be on a Saudi upset.

Saudi Arabia have already worn their new away kit in a 1-1 draw with Ukraine last week. They'll switch into their white home strip when they travel to Belgium on March 27.
