Umbro have launched the Santos home and away shirts ahead of the upcoming 2018/19 Brazilian Serie A season kicking off later this month. Black and white, and stylish all over. Typically Umbro with flashes of trademark retro.
Santos will be aiming to improve on their 3rd place finish last season, and they'll be doing so in traditional black and white stripes at home, and a clean all white vibe on the road – with Umbro finishes running throughout.
That golden Umbro branding on the Doubled Diamond and the numbers on the rear are what it's all about. Umbro are experts are making a simplistic looking shirt thrive with just the subtlest of finishing touches, and that's exactly what they've done here for Santos.
Another key feature is the exquisite sleeve design that's new for 2108/19. We've already seen it on the 115th anniversary kit for Santos' Brazilian rivals Gremio, and now it takes over the Santos jerseys by placing the club name inside the Umbro logo.
Santos kick off their season on Sunday at home to Ceara, before switching into their new away strip to take on Bahia the following weekend.
