Pure sunshine. South African Premier League side Mamelodi Sundowns have presented their 2019/20 home and away kits by PUMA Football in a stylised lookbook ahead of the new league campaign which commences on August 3rd.
The Sundowns are suited up in South African style for the new campaign – which commences August 3rd – with PUMA dishing out graphic patterned designs across both their home and away shirts. The vibrant yellow drop is their home shirt, while the more low-key white jersey will be worn during away games. A typically characterful combination of bespoke boldness. A winning aesthetic before you even open the lookbook.
The club, situated north east of the city of Pretoria, will begin the 2019/20 season as reigning champions after winning their final six games of the 2018/19 South African Premier League season to pip rivals Orlando Pirates to the title by two points. The new look for their journey of retention is a strong one, and one that is showcased by taking to the streets around the stadium to shoot the home & away shirts, as well as the new training and casual wear, in their natural setting.
