Arriving under the slogan ‘Ready For More’, adidas and Sheffield United unveil the club’s new home shirt for the 20/21 season, which sees a slight tweak on the classic stripe design. The red stripes feature a pixelated glitch graphic that lends the shirt a deeper texture when viewed from a distance. The rest of the design sees the bold collar joined by the Three Stripes on the shoulders in black, while that black is also joined by red on the cuffs.
The shirt was launched with an exclusive track uniquely produced piece renowned music producer and Sheffield United fan, Toddla T. The overall design encapsulates the team and their no-nonsense approach under Chris Wilder over the last couple of seasons. A surprise package in the 19/20 season, you can guarantee that no one will underestimate the Blades in the coming campaign, and they may well find things tougher going this time around.
