Drawing inspiration from the elite rise from Academy through to first team, New Balance have unveiled the Athletic Bilbao 20/21 away shirt, which features a grey base joined by reading red accents.
The Athletic Bilbao 20/21 away shirt features an “alloy grey” base that’s joined by fine pin stripe details that represent the journey from Athletic club’s Lezama academy right through to the first team, executed through a switch in colouring that sees the navy stripes of the hem switch up to racing red for the upper section. Club forward Iñaki Williams said, “I’m really looking forward to wearing the shirt next season. It’s an honour to play for this team, so it’s great to have a bespoke jersey that recognises our journey from Lezama to playing at San Mames”.
The shirt has been developed using innovative Aerojaq technology, a fabric that helps wick sweat away from the body. A jacquard ventilation system is also included to promote optimum comfort on the elite jersey.
