Known as the ‘1Beat’ kit, New York Red Bulls have unveiled their new 2021 home jersey from adidas, which has been designed to not only be worn on matchdays, but also infused with everyday lifestyle.
The New York Red Bulls 2021 '1Beat' home jersey takes over from the 'Glitch' kit from 2019, taking the classic look of the club and updating it for the campaign to come, with a unique cheque pattern design at its centre. It was created to celebrate an integral part of the Red Bulls' matchdays and their supporters who champion it, representing the energy and the dynamic of the club on and off the pitch.
This season, the club have also introduced a new mark, a 'NY' monogram to be displayed on the back of the jersey, celebrating the communities, from the Empire State to the Garden State, and all the different cultures that embody it. According to the club’s release statement, the new ‘1Beat’ kit is a testament to the resilience of their community. “We are tough, we are passionate, and we have and always will be there for each other.”
That sublimated cheque effect fades from top to bottom, and the silver base colour is once again joined by red details through the sponsor, club crest and branding, while tidy cuff detailing rounds off the new look.
