Building on the crossover between football and fashion, PUMA have joined forces with leading Italian fashion brand NEMEN to create a special capsule for AC Milan. It features the club’s first-ever Fourth kit to be worn on-pitch by both the men’s and women’s teams.
The line between football and fashion continues to be blurred, with Milan-based brand NEMEN making the crossover for a special capsule created for AC Milan, a club synonymous with style, fashion, and innovation. The NEMEN x AC Milan collection perfectly embodies these shared values by merging stylish football designs inspired by off pitch football fashion culture together with innovative football performance materials.
The collection features the AC Milan x NEMEN fourth shirt that has been developed from PUMA’s innovative ULTRAWEAVE technology. The ultra-light engineered fabric is PUMA’s lightest performance jersey ever, and it’s presented with AC Milan’s traditional red and black stripes emerging from (or being covered by?) the centre of a blank white canvas that covers the upper and lower portions of the shirt. It reveals just enough of the classic design to show off the relevant sponsors for both the men’s and women’s teams, along with a special PUMA x NEMEN branding on the right of the chest.
Also in the collection is a prematch 1/4 zip anthem jacket, which features a bespoke graphic in the club’s colours covering the lower two thirds, with white covering the shoulders, mirroring the look of the shirt. An ACM x NEMEN Performance Jacket and Pants complete the capsule, both featuring the same graphic as the prematch anthem jacket, albeit using black as the base colour instead of white.
The kit will debut on the women’s team on 3 April in the game against Empoli, with the men wearing it on the 4 April in their game against Bologna.
