Bringing back a colour combination that was last used in the 19/20 season but that has often carried favour amongst the club’s faithful, PUMA and Valencia have dropped the new away shirt for 22/23.
Following hot on the heels of the new home shirt, which was released at the end of last week, Valencia have now revealed their new away shirt for the 22/23 season from PUMA, and it sees a colour combination that will be familiar to fans. The design sees black and orange coming together once more, while it also incorporates nods to the iconic Mestalla as it approaches its 100th anniversary.
The Valencia away shirt sees a black base with a sublimated grey graphic across the front, inspired by the shape of the Mestalla. Orange then pops through the collar, cuffs, branding, sponsor and club crest, altogether combining for what is a fairly unique look for the La Liga side. The idea behind the design is that the Mestalla will travel with the side as they play away from their historic home.
