They may not be in the Premier League for the coming season, but Norwich may well have won the award for the best set of kits for 22/23, courtesy of three bespoke designs from technical partners, Joma.

Most fans are fairly satisfied if they get one decent shirt design out of the three or so that are released each season, but there’s always at least one team that has to trump the rest with a set that stands out above the rest. Last season we saw Venezia and Kappa absolutely steal the show with the club’s four shirts, but this season it looks like Championship side Norwich City have stolen a march, thanks to three beautifully bespoke kits from Spanish brand, Joma.

Home Shirt

Inspired by the 1980s era of football kits, Norwich’s home shirt features a sublimated pin-stripe design with yellow and green V-neck collar and sleeve trim detailing. It was also the first appearance for the club’s new, streamlined crest, which only added to the design. The Lotus sponsor even plays its part, with each letter sitting perfectly in between the pinstripe lines.

Away Shirt

A bespoke design again featuring the new club crest, the away shirt is a regal ruby and gold with embossed stripe detailing through the front body of the shirt. Norwich Cathedral provided the perfect backdrop for the design, which saw the gold details pop through the collar, cuffs, sponsor, branding and club crest.

Third Shirt

The third shirt uses a modern tie dye sublimation print using pastel shades of purple, pink, xenon blue and turquoise green. It features a xenon blue v-neck collar with woven crest detailing and the shorts and socks compliment the kit in the xenon blue base colour. Certainly a strong final flourish to the Canaries' set as they push for promotion back to the Premier League.
