Inspired by the Club’s roots deep in the heart of London’s East End at Thames Ironworks, West Ham United have unveiled their new third shirt for the 22/23 season from Umbro.
Joining the already released home and away shirts for 22/23, West Ham have now revealed their fiery third shirt from Umbro. The kit is launched under the campaign header ‘The hotter the furnace, the stronger the iron’, an obvious play on the Hammers at the heart of the club and their roots deep in the heart of London’s East End at Thames Ironworks, and it sees a fiery graphic building from the bottom.
The base of the shirt is white, with that fire graphic growing from the hem upwards, tying it in with the Coral shorts. The branding, sponsor and crest appear in a contrasting black, while the socks finish the overall look in white. Will be interesting to see how this looks on pitch, with it likely being used in West Ham’s European campaign in the Europa Conference League.
