Inspired by the Era of Campo Testaccio, the club's first ownership stadium, located in the Testaccio district of Rome, adidas have launched the AS Roma 24/25 home shirt.

Last season, adidas and AS Roma got their new partnership off to an absolute flier, dropping what was arguably the best kit set of the 23/24 season. Problem is, when you’ve set the bar that high, where do you go in your follow up season? Well, now we get our answer with the reveal of the club’s new home shirt for 24/25, and it doesn’t disappoint, with adidas drawing inspiration from the Era of Campo Testaccio, the stadium where the club played since 1929 to 1940.

The shirt arrives in a deep red base, overlaid by gold details, notably a pinstripe formation that runs through the front and on the Three Stripe branding. This colour combo is not without thought in itself; it is, in fact, inspired by the season tickets of the 1933/34 season, marked by Roma's biggest win in derby history (5-0), offering a special connection and deeper meaning for Giallorossi fans. To further bolster this connection, on the back of the collar, the detail “A.S. Roma” appears in a font also inspired by the 1933/34 seasonal tickets.

The new kit will make its debut on the pitch on 22 July when the men's team plays a friendly match against Kosice.
