SSC Napoli Unveil 'Partenope' Jersey as 24/25 Fourth Kit

Celebrating 2,500 years since the founding of Naples, SSC Napoli has unveiled a brand new fourth kit. Paying tribute to the city’s deepest origins, the ‘Partenope’ jersey delves back into the myth of Partenope that is engraved into the skin of each Napolitano.

The city of Naples holds a rich history which is chiselled into the urban design, making it one of the most ancient cities in Europe. SSC Napoli are paying homage to that history with a stunning new fourth kit, designed to reach back to the myth that started it all. The ‘Partenope’ jersey tributes the renowned myth of the siren Parthenope, bringing an essence of the foundations of their home city to modern day football. With aims to honour the roots, beauty and cultural identity if the city, this initiative acts as part of the ‘Proud to be Napoli’ project.

The Partenope myth is a timeless symbol of emotion and history, therefore it was only right that SSC Napoli and EA7 a timeless kit, allowing fans to become part of a story that transcends time. The jersey itself is dipped in different shades and textures of blue, much like the water that surround the city. Inspired by the soul of the sea, the jacquard design is completed with subtle scaly patterns – echoing the siren Partenope.

Completing the look, a timeless fold over collar adorns the neck adding extra depth to the design and a touch of class. Can never miss with that kind of collar. The usual ‘SSC Napoli’ on the back is replaced with a ‘Partenopei’ inscription, referencing the inspiration behind the jersey with a powerful and direct identity marker.  The Napoli club crest and EA7 logo feature above the sponsor in crisp white, bouncing off the ocean backdrop.

Acting as a nod to the years since the city’s founding, only 2,500 pieces of this jersey will be available with it dropping as a limited launch. Lukaku, Di Lorenzo and Lobotka all joined in for the jersey's campaign launch, which included an evocative video that spotlights the women of Naples.
