The new colourway is an off-white shade which follows the success of the white/blue Nike Lasers and the white/red Laser boots worn by Fernando Torres and Rio Ferdinand. These new swan football boots satisfy the demand for a light colourway which incorporates Nike's perforated upper, an upper tried out by Wayne Rooney towards the end of the 08/09 football season.
The new perforation makes the synthetic upper breathable, whilst the waterproof eVent technology allows sweat to escape. This not only maintains a constant temperature inside the boot, but also prevents a build-up of moisture and odour.
This latest member of the Nike Laser family continues Nike's ShotShield technology over the striking area of the boot. Made from a dense material to generate more power when the the ball is struck, the ribbed surface and precision rings emanate from the 'sweet spot', all designed to increase accuracy through a unique boot-to-ball contact.
Perhaps because the swan Nike T90 Laser II football boots are a limited edition boot they are only being released in a firm ground version. The uniquely designed sole-plate of the firm ground football boots was engineered following player feedback from the first Total 9o Laser boots. Unique stud configuration and shape optimise ground penetration and assist player movement.
The new limited edition swan/black/orion blue Nike T90 Laser II football boots will go on sale from 1st July. They are currently available on pre-order so you don't miss out, and should retail for around £120 GBP.
