The adidas F50 adiZero football boots are currently taking the football world by storm. Boasting a host of technologies and an ingenious design, the F50 adiZero is a genuinely competitive and innovative speed boot.
The synthetic versions of the adidas F50 adiZero football boots weigh in at a mere 165grams (5.8oz), making this adidas' lightest and most revolutionary football boot to date. You may be surprised at how much thought, development and tech adidas have crammed into that 165g cleat, as they have in no way sacrificed technology and performance for weight.
The SprintSkin single layer synthetic returns from the F50i, this time upgraded to give even more of a second skin feel. Thinner and lighter than the previous model, fit is further enhanced by internal support bands, whilst the outer surface has a new "grain" engineered onto the surface for greater ball grip.
The adidas F50 adiZero adopts an asymmetric parallel lacing system which moves off-centre to create a greater, cleaner kicking surface. Also introduced is a new "Taperlace" system, intended to be much thinner and flatter to reduce any unnecessary material between the foot and the ball.
The FG plate features new triangular Traxion studs, placed at strategic positions across the sole unit which aid pressure distribution and are designed to give improved directional grip. The SG plate takes the form of a mixed sole version which substitutes 6 removable aluminium studs at the toe and heel. Both sole plates offer stability through a sleeker midfoot area which also goes to creating a snug fit.
The F50 adiZero football boots are adidas' lightest and fastest boot to date, they have a revolutionary design incorporated with innovative technology. The new White/Black/Radiant Pink colourway is a stunning addition to the collection, which is available to pre-order now for around £125 GBP, and are expected to hit the shelves from early August.
