adidas Super Light Line Up
The Predator SL, adiZero Prime and adiPURE SL have all re-written the rule book, tipping the scales at astonishing figures. When it comes to pure weight, adidas' super-light line up takes some beating! They each dominate their respective categories, setting the lowest weights for power, speed and heritage boots. 
The adidas speed revolution was instigated by the arrival of the F50 adiZero - a phenomenal success story that paved they way for the adiPURE SL and Predator SL. Since that date the adiZero has become the boot to catch. Weighing just 145g, the F50 adiZero Prime could double in weight and still beat the 300g mark! It is a master-class in lightweight boot construction. 
The lightweight new comers are equally impressive on the scales. The Predator SL comes in at just 190g, while the adiPURE SL is a not to shabby 200g! The key feature to all of these super-light boots is the re-defining Sprint Frame outsole - a technology that has helped shape recent adidas soccer shoes. Now housed on both the adiPower Predator and Predator SL, the lightweight outsole has been a ground-breaking arrival for adidas boots! 
The new 11/12 season is just around the corner and adidas' statement boots are waiting to be unleashed. How many pro's we will see in the Predator SL is yet to be seen, while the adiZero Prime will undoubtedly be a strong presence across Europe again.
