adidas adizero F50 Leather Football Boots - Silver/Black/Blue

adidas adizero F50 Leather Football Boots - Silver/Black/Blue

To coincide with the return of the UEFA Champions League, the three stripes have added a fourth colourway to their latest adizero line-up. There's nothing adidas love more than slapping a fresh paint of metallic silver onto their f50 adizero. Check out the new Silver/Black/Blue adizero football boots.

The snazzy boots will take centre stage across Europe as the lead f50 colourway available in both leather and synthetic, and will be worn by adidas' steller line-up of adizero players including Luis Suarez, Gareth Bale, Karim Benzema and Lukas Podolski.

It's the second f50 colourway of the year, but with the Green Zest/White/Navy boot having next to no on-pitch support, we're predicting a strong pro uptake across Europe for the Silver/Black/Blue design. Adidas' last silver colourway - the Silver/Infrared f50 - was a big hit, so we're expecting these boots to get a good response.

If it's a crime to re-use colourways, adidas might be found guilty here. Remember the Chrome/Blue women's f50 released in 2011? It was a beauty. In fact it was far too nice to be a women's exclusive (sorry ladies). It's good to see the same colour combo make a return for 2013. We think you might agree!

For the leather f50, it's the same story as previous generations. Adidas use the same Goleo Calf leather which offers a more natural touch and feel. For many adizero players including David Villa, Leo Messi, Karim Benzema and Demba Ba, it's the preferred upper. The Silver/Black/Blue will also be released in a SprintSkin synthetic upper.

The new Silver/Black/Blue adidas f50 adizero football boots are available to order right now for immediate dispatch at selected online retailers. The leather editions will hit stores worldwide for around £160.00 GBP / $210.00 USD / €195.00 EURO.

Expect to see the metallic boots hit European pitches later this month. Will the Silver/Black/Blue f50's be a hit? Let us know what you think of adidas' latest efforts. Join the conversation online, on Twitter and on Facebook.
