adidas Drop Two New Colourways on the adizero F50

Black boots are just like buses, you wait ages for one and then they all come along at once. Continuing the trend are adidas with a new Black/Black/Electricity colourway for the adizero F50 as well as a White/White/Infared, now we really are spoilt for choice.

When it comes to black and whiteout football boots adidas are one of the best in the business and the ninth colour update for the current f50 model doesn't disappoint. We've seen the f50 plastered with all sorts of experimental colourways but it's back to basics for these bad boys with only a few small flashes of colour on each.

Releasing both colourways at the same time is a very clever move, especially at this time of year when many are shopping for next season. The Blackout, something you don't see on speed boots that often these days, will appeal to those who like to be a bit more understated and let their football do the talking. The Whiteout boot will appeal to the flashier player but the one who still likes to retain some class while hammering it up and down the wing.

Whether you're an F50 player or not, there has been no escaping the adizero phenomenon in recent years. Led by the world's greatest player Lionel Messi, the F50 silo is still one of adidas' most important football boots.

Crafted by adidas from soft Goleo calf leather that moulds to the shape of the foot, the f50 adizero soccer cleats offer a snug fit and amazing natural ball feel. The boots also feature a moulded adidas Traxion 2.0 stud configuration for maximum acceleration and responsive braking on firm ground.

Under the bonnet it's the usual stuff again from the f50. A
lightweight calf leather vamp for enhanced comfort and ball feel, interior Sprintweb to increase lateral stability and support across the mid-foot and the micoach cavity to tell you you're not working hard enough.

The new adizero f50's are available now from selected stockists including Pro-Direct Soccer, what's your verdicton the new colourways? Let us know and join the conversation online, on Twitter and on Facebook.
