Nike give their second-generation Premier model a taste of modern innovation as they equip the new "Black/Volt" colourway with a soft ground Anti-Clog soleplate.
The Swoosh have taken one of their longest serving silos in for a service and the 2.0 model comes out the garage as a refreshed classic with race-fit tyres in the Anti-Clog soleplate. The Anti-Clog tech was introduced by Nike last season as a piece of genuine breakthrough innovation and now it's found its way onto the Premier. The Anti-Clog soleplate forms a layer of moisture when wet to prevent mud from sticking to it, therefore helping players avoid slipping. Simple, but damn right effective.
Four years on from joining the Nike line up, the Premier gets a timely update alongside the recent release of the Tiempo Legend 7. The Premier 2.0 is everything you want from a classic boot and little more, returning to a classic fold-over tongue taken from the Air Zoom Legend II.
