Arriving with the promise of some seriously sleek speed, the X 18+ gets a new look for 2019 as part of the adidas Archetic Pack. Stealthy vibes with low-key style, you can't beat a blackout.
Predominantly black, adidas include a metallic-blue heel cup, with other blue accents featuring throughout the boot, most notably in the skeletal weave upper. The word "sleek" has been used to describe the X before, but never has it felt more apt than here; it looks like it’s been dipped in premium grade oil to just add to the lightweight speed that it's already renowned for.
The “Archetic Pack” represents only the second time adidas have released a fully laceless pack, with the X landing alongside the Predator, Nemeziz and COPA for some slip-on game. The blue trim of the X sits in nice contrast to the red of the Predator, while the Nemeziz features both and the COPA goes full black out on the upper with a shimmering soleplate.
