Preparing its female athletes to perform on the biggest stage, adidas have launched the Predator 19.1 in a bespoke “Coral/White/Glow Pink” colourway for the Women’s World Cup. Available in a narrower fit to suit the female foot, the Predator has been dressed to impress in France.
Those with a good eye for Boot Spotting may have already seen the adidas Women’s World Cup Predator 19.1 on the pitches in France, with Norway duo Vilde Bøe Risa and Karina Sævik wearing them in Norway’s group games against Nigeria, France and South Korea. The Coral base is combined with pink throughout, notably through the contrasting soleplate. White detailing then pops throughout the upper, particularly in the Three Stripes and through the iconic Predator grooves in the forefoot.
The pastel vibes of the WWC Predator are a bit reminiscent of the ‘Spectral Mode’ Predator 18, although the vamp utilises a graded pixel effect through the Primeknit that, in those colours, looks very much like the ‘Initiator Pack’ Predator Tango 19. Either way though, it’s a strong look for adidas women on the pitches of France.
