Landing in support of the all-new Future Z, PUMA drop the Ultra in a complementing new colourway as part of the ‘Game On’ pack.
Ensuring that all focus was on the launch of their new silo, PUMA separated the two-piece ‘Game On’ pack, dropping the all-new Future Z well over a week ago, and now following it up with the second part, the Ultra, which comes decked out in a complementary new “Black/White/Red Blast/Yellow-Alert” colour way. But while the Future Z may get the headlines on this occasion, the Ultra is in no way a mere supporting character, with the silo gaining high praise for its levels of performance since its launch.
You can expect to see the Ultra’s new look in action on the feet of Antoine Griezmann, along with the likes of Sergio Aguero and Eugénie Le Sommer. Despite the fresh paint job, the Ultra maintains the same technology, so you’ll still find an ultra-lightweight Matryxevo upper providing superior stability, durability and traction, while the lightweight Peba SpeedUnit outsole features a split sole design inspired by PUMA’s track running heritage. The soleplate combines subtle spikes in the forefront and V-shaped studs configured for speed and acceleration. A thin GripControl Pro skin is applied in key areas to provide complete control on the ball.
