Nike Drop Premier III In "Black/Volt/White"

Keeping the options open and taking a hint of inspiration from the Euro 2012 ‘Clash Pack’, Nike drop the Premier III in a “Black/Volt/White” colourway.

The next generation Nike Premier III was unveiled back in November of last year, and true to form they keep the colourway options for the grassroots specialist open by dropping a “Black/Volt/White” look that instantly conjures images of the Tiempo IV from Nike’s Euro 2012 ‘Clash Pack’. In the same fashion as that boot, it sees a split of black and white, with a flash of volt through the Swoosh and heel detailing breaking up the otherwise monochrome look.

For fans of the Premier line, the new Premier III still boasts all of the hallmarks that marked it out as a favourite, so you still get a premium K-leather upper, although it now features an altered stitch pattern through the forefoot to create specific cushioning zones at the instep and outstep. The big and bold Nike sign off on the heel has been replaced by an embossed logo, with “Nike Premier” riding on top, and on the underside the soleplate features a nice Swoosh execution, riding underneath some floral additions  – not that you’ll see much of that once it’s caked in mud, mind. Still a nice touch and a smart sign off.
