New Balance Launch The 'Tri Aura' Pack

Clean is the order of the day for New Balance, as the American brand roll out the all-encompassing Tri-Aura Pack, which features a uniform white look for the Furon v6+, Tekela v3+, both of which are also available in leather, and the 442.

It’s been a relatively quiet 21/22 season for New Balance, with the brand dropping the ‘Alpha Flair’ pack way back in July 2021. Since then they’ve focused on individuals, with signature boots dropping for certain key members of their growing roster, including Raheem Sterling, Harvey Elliott, and, of course, their main man, Sadio Mané. But now they fully refresh the ranks, cleaning the decks for a new pack that’ll see out the season and beyond.

The ‘Tri Aura’ pack arrives with options for all, combining what would usually be separate drops for fans of a more traditional leather approach with the regular releases, and also including the grassroots specialist, the 442 v2 for good measure. They’re all wrapped in white, with only the merest hint of colour popping through the branding to give them definition.

So first up we get the Furon v6+, which arrives in complimentary synthetic and leather versions. The whiteout look see blue accents popping on the signature branding on the forefoot, and that’s switched out for orange for the leather version.

For New Balance's last leather pack we have to go all the way back to August 2021, where the Furon and Tekela both arrived in black. This time they’re both in white and arrive as part of the ‘Tri Aura’ pack. The Tekela v3+ sees the additional details popping on the white base in violet accents or green accents for the leather finish.

And rounding off the pack is the welcome inclusion of the all new 442 v2, which only arrived a couple of weeks back and is already onto its third colour option, following the gold launch look and a more classic black option. Here though the white base is joined by yellow tones, providing yet another clean option for the close season.
