Continuing the legacy of speed, PUMA have once again teamed up with BMW, this time for a limited edition BMW MMS Ultra SL, which will be worn by Manchester United’s Brazilian winger, Antony in upcoming fixtures.

Way back in 2014 PUMA teamed up with BMW for a limited edition evoSPEED, and at the time it was the latest in an impressive back catalogue of boots that including partnerships with Ducati and Ferrari. Flash forward to today and PUMA and BMW are back together for the limited edition BMW MMS Ultra SL, which arrives as the latest in the brand’s ongoing link-ups with high-performance sports cars, following recent drops with Porsche, Mercedes and Rimac.

Inspired by BMW M Motorsport race cars, the limited-edition BMW MMS Ultra SL boot combines high-performance materials with bold graphics and iconic co-branding. Checking under the hood, and the high-performance ULTRAWEAVE upper material ensures that weight is kept to a minimum, while it’s also made with at least 30 percent recycled content as a step towards a better future. On the flip side, the ultra-lightweight PEBAX material outsole is infused with running spike DNA for rapid acceleration.

The “Puma White/Fiery Red/Strong Blue” colourway is presented in a way that homages the motor companies colours, with the white base playing host to the blues and reds, while their iconic propeller-propeller-inspired logo features prominently on the forefoot.

Manchester United’s Antony is set to lace up in the BMW MMS Ultra SL when he returns to action in the coming weeks.
